The fleece is from sheep who live on farms and smallholdings close to our workshop in Sussex. Often, the same sheep produce the fleece that we gather every year. Some of our fleeces are from sheep kept as pets. They are named, have families, and live with sisters, aunts, and lambs. They are of pedigree standard and are only sold for breeding. We buy fleeces that are of good quality.
There will always be the odd grass seed or straw particle in the finished rug.
Rugs come in various sizes, thicknesses, and colours. They can be used for warmth, comfort, and to add a splash of luxury.
